Mr. Amitav Das is the founding partner of A.D. Associates and one of Odisha's most experienced advocates, with over 33 years of active legal practice across a wide range of civil, commercial, and constitutional matters.

He holds an LL.B. from M.S. Law College, where he developed the academic foundation that would anchor a career of remarkable range and consistency. Over three decades, he has appeared in matters spanning commercial litigation, constitutional law, civil disputes, property law, and advisory mandates, building a practice that reflects both depth of expertise and breadth of experience across Odisha's courts and tribunals.
